What do I get after completing the test?
Right after completing the test you see your full results page. The free version gives a complete result without a teaser: a visual element profile with your dominant elements, your primary and secondary archetype, and a written summary of your strengths and growth points. Your scores on the five Big Five dimensions are added from the Standard test onward, and the fifteen facet scores with the Professional test. What is the Big Five model?
The Big Five model (also known as OCEAN) is the most validated personality model in psychology. It measures five dimensions: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness and Neuroticism. In Elementals we translate these into five elements: Wind, Earth, Fire, Water and Aether.
How accurate is the test?
The assessment is based on scientifically validated items. The more honestly you answer, the more accurate the result. The professional version (with more items and a 7-point scale) provides the most nuanced picture.
