Candidates complete a professional assessment based on the Big Five model. The assessment takes about five to fifteen minutes (depending on the level) and measures five personality dimensions and fifteen facets on continuous scales.
What about privacy and GDPR?
We fully comply with GDPR. Candidate data is processed in accordance with privacy legislation. Candidates give explicit consent and can have their data deleted at any time. We never share data with third parties.
Can I integrate this with our ATS?
API integration is on our roadmap. Currently Elementals works as a standalone platform with email invitations. Candidate results can be exported as PDF.
