Answer statements
You are presented with a series of statements about how you think, feel and act in different situations. Answer honestly — there are no right or wrong answers. The conviction test takes about 5-7 minutes.
Each statement measures a specific aspect of your personality. The questions are based on validated psychometric scales from Big Five research.

What's the difference with MBTI?
MBTI divides people into 16 types — you're either introverted or extraverted. Elementals measures on a scale: you can be a little or very extraverted. This gives a much more nuanced and scientifically reliable picture.
